The Dimmer Switch with Green Indicator operates on 120V AC, with single pole or 3-way installation options (please refer to the wiring instructions below). The fine-tune adjustment dial helps eliminate LED/CFL flickering. No screws are required to fasten the wall plate, allowing for a seamless blend into the wall. This dimmer is compatible with a wide range of household lighting, including the Cloudy Bay Lighting family of flush mount ceiling lights. However, it is not compatible with smart lights, such as GE C, Philips Hue, or those controlled by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Zigbee.

Compared to standard dimmers, the Cloudy Bay dimmer improves the compatibility of dimmable CFLs and LEDs by eliminating flicker and ensuring proper operation at all levels. While most dimmable LEDs and CFLs may not achieve as low a level as incandescent or halogen sources, the fine-tune adjustment dial can be used to optimize the dimming performance.

For single pole installation, connect the green dimmer ground wire to the ground wire in the wall-box, the black dimmer wire to the hot input wire, and either of the two red dimmer wires to the light fixture wire. For 3-way installation, connect the green dimmer ground wire to the ground wire, the black dimmer wire to the TAG wire, and the red dimmer wires to the remaining wires.

If you experience issues, such as light flashing throughout the dimming range or only in the low dimming range, refer to the troubleshooting guide. Selecting a compatible light bulb or lighting fixture can also help avoid compatibility issues and ensure stable performance.
